East Haradin, M.T.O.M., has been a practitioner of integrative medicine since 1996. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of San Diego, as well as a master’s degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. She is both state and nationally licensed in acupuncture and Chinese herbology. In 1999, she opened Natural Health San Diego, an integrative medicine practice focusing on the use of Traditional Oriental Medicine and nutrition for sports therapy, fertility, anti-aging and overall well-being. East has held her practice in a variety of centers, such as Acacia Health Center (staff acupuncturist), North Coast Acupuncture, San Diego Racquet & Fitness Center, Ocean Day Spa (specializing in fertility and facial rejuvenation) and her current location in Encinitas, California. She joined the faculty of Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in 2005 as a clinical supervisor and has recently been added to the teaching staff. A native of Southern California, she enjoys surfing, running, biking, snowboarding/skiing, adventure racing, triathlons and traveling abroad.
