Eleanor Yung, MS, LAc


Eleanor Yung MS, L.Ac. has been teaching Taiji Chuan at PCOM since 2008. She was a student of the late Master Ham King Koo, and has been teaching Taiji
Chuan and qigong since 1996. She also teaches at the Metropolitan Museum of Art since 2005, as well as giving private lessons. She is a graduate of PCOM in
2002 and maintains an acupuncture practice in New York Chinatown.
Prior to her career in the healing arts, she was dancer/choreographer and Artistic Director of the Asian American Dance Theatre, and had served on Federal and State and Local Advisory Panels. She is a contributing author of Chinese Women Diaspora, Sharon Hom, Esq., ed. New York. 1998, Chapter 11 “Moving into Stillness”, and is a writer/presenter at the NY APPAN International Festival & Symposium on “Meditation – Healing Dance and Music” at LaMama E.T.C. in November 2008.
