Chrysso Neophytou-Tsimis is a graduate of Pacific College of Oriental Medicine with a Bachelor of Professional Studies and a Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine (MSTOM). She is a Licensed Acupuncturist in New York State and is Nationally Certified in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She is a founding member of the Alumni Association of PCOM, NY and has served as secretary.

Ms. Neophytou-Tsimis has completed a three-part series and received her certification in Constitutional Facial Acupuncture Renewal by the Chi-Akra Center. She is also certified in Auricular Medicine and she received her training from the Auricular Medicine International Research and Training Facility during seminars conducted by Dr. Li Chun Huang, at PCOM, NY. She maintains a private practice in Manhattan and is a faculty member at PCOM NY, where she teaches Mary Elizabeth Wakefield's Protocol in Constitutional Facial Acupuncture Renewal.
