Catherine Stapleton has been a Certified Master Reflexologist since 1985. She trained with Laura Norman & Lillina Morten, LAc and the Vital Energy Source. She is ARCB Certified, Reflexology Assoc. of America Member and Director on the Board of the NYC Reflexology Assoc. Catherine is a Cert. Master of Shiatsu through Ohashi Inst., a LMT through the Swedish Inst. and a NeuroMuscular Therapist. She has Maintained a private practice in Eastern and Western Integrative Body in NYC for the past 25 years and teaches various body work and healing modalities.
