Tiffany Crate is the owner and director of TLC Fitness Consulting in Chicago. She earned her Master of Science degree in exercise physiology from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She has been an academic instructor at The Chicago National College of Naprapathy, North Central College in Naperville, the University of Illinois School of Kinesiology and currently teaches clinical kinesiology at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine.
Tiffany is certified as a personal fitness trainer and a group fitness instructor by the American Council on Exercise. Tiffany was named the " Rookie Of The Year" and the " Coach Of The Year" by the Association of Fitness By Phone® Coaches. IDEA Fitness Journal named Tiffany an "Outstanding Member" in 2006. She has been repeatedly quoted for her fitness and lifestyle expertise in The Chicago Tribune, Windy City Sports, ACE Fitness Matters and The Weekly Reader.
Tiffany's intention is to fill the United States with happier, sprightly people who wake up with energy and go to bed feeling content.
