Marie Collin graduated from the San Diego campus of Pacific College with her master's degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine. She has spent over 20 years in Asia. She has studied Oriental medicine in its various forms and applications. She began her learning of acupuncture and Shiatsu in Japan.
In Chinese hospitals, she apprenticed in the Tui Na and acupuncture departments. While in China and Taiwan, she learned contemporary and classic Chinese, as well as various aspects of Chinese arts and philosophy. In Thailand, she learned Chi Nei Tsang, qi gong and Taoist meditations from Master Mantak Chia. She is a certified instructor in these systems. She began her practice in Hong Kong integrating all of her various modalities.
